Welcome to Greenleaf, Idaho! Phone: (208)454-0552 - Fax: (208)454-7994 Greenleaf City Hall is open non-holiday weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM including lunch hour. City Hall is located and receives mail at 20523 North Whittier Drive, Greenleaf, Idaho 83626. City utilities include municipal drinking water and summer irrigation water for the majority of the city limits, and wastewater collection (sewer) for a small portion of the community. Waste disposal service (garbage collection) is provided under franchise with Westowns Disposal. Police protection is provided under contract with the City of Wilder Police Department. The city is also served by the Caldwell Rural Fire Protection District, Greenleaf Cemetery District, Golden Gate Highway District, and the Canyon County Ambulance District. High-speed internet is available to most of the city from CableOne (cable modem), Qwest (DSL service), and Speedyquick (wireless). Electricity is provided by Idaho Power Company. Natural gas lines run throughout the majority of the city with service from Intermountain Gas Company.
